Continental Properties seeks a customer-focused Leasing Associate for Springs at Flagler Center in Jacksonville, FL. You will guide prospective residents from inquiries to move‑in, delivering an exceptional leasing experience and ensuring resident satisfaction.

This full-time role offers $17.00-$20.00 per hour, plus performance incentives, with weekend/evening flexibility. Reporting to the Community Manager, you’ll help maintain a welcoming, well-managed community and support lease renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to balance desk work with on-site interactions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional resident experience and maintain a welcoming model and tour path.
• Lead inquiries, conduct tours, and coordinate move-ins while leveraging marketing efforts.
• Support lease renewals, occupancy tracking, and ensure compliance with regulations.
