Responsibilities

• Ensure curb appeal and deliver outstanding resident service.
• Diagnose and repair maintenance needs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances).
• Manage work orders and daily operations using software and mobile apps.
• Lead, train, and support maintenance team and vendor partners.
