Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing, resident relations, and property operations. You’ll assist with move-out notices, transfers, and lease renewals while analyzing occupancy trends and supporting marketing efforts.

The role requires at least 1 year in leasing or property management, strong communication and MS Office skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability and on-site work are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related leasing or property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community with clients, including stairs.
• May require a valid driver’s license.
• May require state license or certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations issues, including taking calls, requests and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Assist with developing and tracking marketing strategies, including advertising, promotions and publications.
• Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent.
• Review and inspect vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect the property for policy violations, repairs and landscaping.
• Additional duties as assigned.
