Job summary

Royal American is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Burlington Place in Saint Petersburg, FL. Under the supervision of the Community Manager, you will assist with advertising and resident services to lease units and maintain positive resident relations.

You will screen applicants, manage lease packages, handle move-in/move-out, collect rents, and respond to inquiries. A High School diploma and strong communication skills are required; One Site experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience in property management preferred.
• Proficiency with One Site software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
• Assist with development and implementation of resident services programming.
• Enter and track service requests using maintenance software.
• Assist in attracting, screening, and selecting prospective residents in accordance with applicable laws.
• Prepare market surveys and traffic reports.
• Handle lease renewals and prepare lease packages.
• Collect late rents and other monies due to the property.
• Manage move-in and move-out processes.
• Answer phones and greet prospective residents and residents professionally.
• Follow up with guests within 24 hours via phone or email.
