Job summary

Royal American Management seeks a Leasing Consultant to support advertising, showings, and leasing of residential properties. You will greet prospects, answer calls, prepare lease packages, and process move-ins/move-outs while maintaining an inviting environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, strong customer service and communication skills, and experience in property management or affordable housing preferred; evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in OneSite preferred.
• Experience in property management or affordable housing preferred.
• Excellent attendance and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and implementation of advertising and special promotions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with prospective and current residents.
• Assist with marketing and leasing; follow Resident Selection Criteria.
• Prepare lease packages and process move-ins/outs.
• Collect late rents and other monies due to the property.
• Answer telephone and greet prospective residents and residents professionally.
• Respond to inquiries from guests or corporate office within 24 hours.
• Open the model apartment for tours and ensure curb appeal.
