• Experience in property management preferred.

• Excellent attendance and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in advertising and special promotions for the property.
• Lease the property and establish relationships with prospective and current residents.
• Assist with screening, leasing, and renewal processes in compliance with applicable laws and market criteria.
• Handle move-in and move-out processes and coordinate with residents and vendors.
• Respond to inquiries by phone or email within 24 hours and maintain a welcoming environment.
