You will convert leads, respond promptly, maintain CRM pipeline, coordinate tours, and deliver a seamless move-in experience while promoting premium units.

The role requires 1-3 years in sales or leasing, strong communication, and weekend availability; some college preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, leasing, or customer service (multifamily experience preferred).
• Proficiency in CRM tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve leasing goals by converting leads into leases and promoting rent growth and premium units.
• Respond to inquiries promptly, follow up on leads, and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools.
• Increase renewal rates by fostering resident relationships and addressing concerns.
• Monitor local rental trends, competitor pricing, and market demand to inform sales strategies.
• Engage with marketing initiatives and resident events to boost brand visibility and drive occupancy.
• Show units and maintain tour routes to create a positive first impression for prospects.
• Deliver a seamless move-in experience and outstanding customer service to residents.
