This role focuses on delivering a first-rate customer experience, handling inquiries by phone, email, and in person, and supporting leasing activities. A strong sales mindset and reliability are essential for success in a fast-paced, rewarding

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer service experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work 3 Saturdays per month.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service through calls, appointments, tours, and follow-up communications.
• Be the first point of contact and create a welcoming experience for residents.
• Convert qualified prospects into residents by presenting the community and amenities.
• Respond promptly to inquiries by phone, email, and online.
• Support marketing initiatives to drive traffic and leasing activity.
• Conduct market surveys and monitor pricing and offerings.
• Address resident questions professionally and empathetically.
• Maintain leasing records and assist with office operations.
