Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a Washington property. The role covers leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations with regular onsite attendance. You will greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases, manage leads, and complete necessary paperwork.

The position requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Strong customer service and teamwork will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is expected.
• On-site software functions and basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet and tour the community.
• Close leases, complete required paperwork, and maintain prospect data.
• Assist with lease audits, walk-throughs, and turn processes.
• Support resident retention programs and respond to service requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate market and traffic data; assist in marketing outreach.
