Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC in Supply, NC is seeking a Client Services Manager. You will be the front line for resident experience and support, handling payments, lease inquiries, and resident concerns with high-level communication and consultative selling.

You will also oversee the leasing team and collaborate with leadership to drive customer-focused service, use OneSite, and help residents find the right home in a fast-growing multifamily community.

Qualifications

• Multifamily property management experience required.
• Experience with OneSite preferred.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and proactive attitude.
• Self-driven with a track record of success.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Sales skills and ability to help residents find the right home.
