You will manage tours, improve leasing results, and collaborate with the Property Manager to market the property and enhance resident experience. A people-first culture shapes every interaction.

Qualifications

• Two years of transferable experience in customer service.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding the English language.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales/resident experience team to drive property performance.
• Maintain professional, friendly leasing office atmosphere for prospective and current residents.
• Tour routes and models to showcase property and keep them in top condition.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents and team members.
