Job summary

Metropolitan Management Group in Harrisburg is seeking an Associate Property Manager for Reserve at Paxton Creek. You will guide prospective residents from inquiry to move-in and maintain relationships to ensure a high quality of community living.

The role reports to the Property Manager and offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k and PTO. Weekend/evening hours may be required for leasing events.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• Ability to work weekends or extended hours for leasing/events.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lease available apartments, schedule and show as needed; renew leases.
• Lead outside marketing efforts and assist with outreach programs.
• Conduct market research and assist with resident activities.
• Assist residents and provide outstanding customer service.
• Build lasting relationships with residents and communicate notices.
• Process rent payments and maintain collections per policy.
• Stay informed on Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Maintain high standards of property site conditions.
• Coordinate maintenance work orders with staff.
• Lead or assist with additional projects as assigned by management.
• Record information in property management software and use MS Office for communications.
