Metropolitan Management Group is seeking an Associate Property Manager to guide prospective residents from inquiry to move-in and beyond, reporting to the Property Manager. Responsibilities include leasing, marketing outreach, market research, delivering top-notch resident service, and coordinating with maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lease available apartments, including scheduling and showing; renew leases.
• Lead outside marketing efforts.
• Conduct market research and assist with outreach marketing and resident events.
• Assist residents and provide outstanding customer service.
• Build lasting relationships with residents.
• Communicate notices clearly and professionally.
• Process rent payments and maintain collections per policy.
• Stay informed on Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff on work orders and needs.
• Utilize property management software and MS Office for communications.
