Metropolitan Management Group is seeking an Associate Property Manager to guide prospective residents from inquiry to move-in and then nurture ongoing resident relationships. The role reports to the Property Manager and offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, holiday pay, PTO, 401(k), and more.

Key duties include leasing, marketing outreach, market research, exceptional customer service, and ensuring community standards.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• Ability to work weekends or extended hours as needed for leasing/events/property emergencies.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lease available apartments, schedule and show units, renew leases.
• Lead outside marketing efforts and assist with business outreach marketing.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with residents.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and manage work orders.
