Use OneSite/Yardi to track inventory and data, present show units, and support the lease renewal process with timely letters and packages.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating leasing, marketing, and renewal activities.
• Ability to greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and perform credit checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspect show units and coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to drive occupancy.
• Use on-site software to track traffic, data, and demographics.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals.
