Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to market, lease and renew at a multi‑family community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit checks and prepare move‑in packages to ensure occupancy and revenue goals are met.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills are essential.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi/OneSite) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects face to face and conduct property tours.
• Process applications, run credit checks and coordinate move‑in packages.
• Prepare leases and renewal documents; secure renewals and satisfy residents.
• Execute on-site marketing plans and drive traffic to the property.
• Maintain show units and property appearance; respond to resident concerns.
