Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue at a multi-family community in Arlington, TX. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credits, and prepare lease documents, ensuring a smooth move-in.

You will also support renewal efforts, coordinate marketing activities, and stay informed about market trends. The role requires strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills, plus proficiency with property

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing or Customer Service preferred.
• Proficiency in property management software (Entrata Yardi or One Site) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face and conduct property tours.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Ensure move-in readiness and secure lease signings.
• Design and implement off-site marketing to drive traffic to the property.
• Manage renewals and respond to resident questions and requests.
