Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for our apartment communities. You will greet prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, perform credit/background checks, and prepare lease documents to secure move-ins and renewals.

You will also support off-site marketing, analyze market trends, and collaborate with maintenance and management to deliver a high-quality resident experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Property management, sales, marketing or customer service background preferred.
• Ability to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours and process applications.
• Prepare leases and move‑in packets; ensure smooth move‑in.
• Support marketing efforts and drive traffic to the property.
