Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. You will show units, qualify prospects, tour communities, and sign leases.

Regular on-site attendance and strong customer service are essential. Responsibilities include processing leases, lead follow-up, and maintaining leasing data while supporting marketing plans and resident retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents, greet and qualify tours.
• Complete leasing paperwork and follow up on leads within 24 hours.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; support annual marketing plan outreach.
• Assist in lease audits, unit walks, and turn process.
• Provide excellent resident relations and handle complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Support marketing efforts and outreach to increase property traffic and leasing goals.
