Job summary

Odin Properties LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager/Leasing Professional to join our on-site team. You will work closely with the Property Manager to oversee leasing, maintenance, and marketing of our apartment community.

The role emphasizes leasing performance, rent collection, data entry in our property management software (Yardi preferred), and strong tenant relations. The position requires a high school diploma, at least two years of multi-unit leasing experience, and the ability to

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college degree and professional certs a plus.
• 2+ years of multi-unit leasing experience preferred.
• Experience with on-site property management software (Yardi preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial performance of the assigned community.
• Monitor leasing/occupancy and retention performance.
• Ensure rents are collected and posted correctly.
• Enter all leasing data into the property management system.
• Show vacant units and conduct property walks.
• Communicate with tenants electronically and manage notices.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and supplies with maintenance staff.
• Support marketing, schedule showings, and outreach.
• Create a social media leasing presence (Facebook Marketplace).
• Foster community and resident relations.
