Responsibilities

• Fielding phone calls from residents/owners and potential residents
• Accepting and scheduling maintenance requests
• Responding to leasing leads via email or phone
• Processing HOA-related tasks such as background checks and renter's insurance status
• Setting up key fobs for new residents/owners
• Sending lease or HOA violation letters
• Presenting apartments and the community effectively and overcoming objections
• Maintaining resident relationships with excellent service
• Filing and saving paperwork in the computer
• Participating in marketing to attract new residents
• Engaging in all aspects of the multi-family housing industry
