Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for The Crown of Queen City in Charlotte, NC. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue while delivering resident satisfaction through the full lease lifecycle.

Responsibilities include tours, applications, screenings, move-in processing, and coordinating with maintenance. You’ll also manage renewals, drive local marketing, and use OneSite/Yardi to track data and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and leasing to achieve occupancy targets.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to use property management software and manage data.

Responsabilités

• Lease to meet occupancy goals; greet prospects, tour, process applications, screen credits/backgrounds, prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments before move-in; ensure unit is ready and coordinate with maintenance.
• Monitor market conditions; develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow concession policies.
• Design and execute on-site marketing to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and online tools.
• Use OneSite/Yardi to track availability, leasing activity, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet standards by inspecting the corridor, coordinating upkeep, and preparing show units.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to confirm lease or renewal decisions.
• Support lease renewal program with renewal letters and advance contact with renewing residents.
• Respond promptly to resident/owner questions and document requests.
