Job summary

Morgan Properties in Woodridge, IL is seeking Leasing Professionals who are customer-focused and sales-driven to help residents find a home at Windsor Lakes.

You will tour, show amenities, process applications, move-ins and renewals, and build lasting relationships with residents while partnering with the onsite team to meet occupancy goals.

Experience in multifamily leasing is preferred, but applicable sales backgrounds are welcome; a valid driver's license is required.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Tour prospective residents and showcase apartment homes and community amenities.
• Convert leads into leases through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
• Manage applications, lease paperwork, move-ins, and renewals.
• Respond promptly to phone, email, and online inquiries.
• Build relationships with current residents to encourage renewals and resident satisfaction.
• Partner with onsite team to achieve occupancy and leasing goals.
