Gables Residential is seeking a Leasing Professional in Lexington, MA to deliver a personalized sales experience, assist prospective residents, and guide them through the leasing process. You will develop community relationships through events and marketing, maximize occupancy and revenue, and participate in award-winning training and benefits programs.

Leasing Professionals are passionate about helping people find the perfect apartment home through a personalized sales experience. The role includes sales, marketing, and managing the customer experience in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective residents in finding and touring apartments that meet their needs.
• Guide residents through the sales process and close leases.
• Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with the community through resident events and marketing campaigns.
• Maximize revenue by increasing closing ratios and exceeding budgeted occupancy expectations.

• Subject-matter expert who tours prospective residents and guides them through the sales process.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $22.50 - $24.50 plus performance bonuses.
