Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a Leasing Professional for The Streets of St. Charles in Saint Charles, MO. You’ll help people find a place to call home while contributing to occupancy goals and a top-notch resident experience.

The role emphasizes relationship building, proactive outreach, and strong communication. Base pay is $20.00-$22.00 per hour with benefits, PTO, and a 401(k). Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturdays 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Leasing or sales experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for travel.

Responsibilities

• Help residents find a home and engage prospects.
• Build relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Support occupancy and resident experience across the community.
• Assist with property tours and leasing paperwork as needed.

Compensation and Incentives

Excellent Base Pay : $20.00 - $22.00/hour

20% Rent Discount

Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)

Employee Referral Program (Earn up to $750 per referral)

Monday - Friday: 9:00AM - 6:00PM

What We’ll Expect from You:

Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus.

Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff.

Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service.
