What You'll Be Doing:

As a Leasing Professional, you'll manage all aspects of apartment rentals, from attracting and assessing potential residents to completing lease documentation and move-in procedures. Your direct interaction with prospective and current residents will be key to our success at our community.

In this role, you'll take pride in creating a welcoming experience for every person you connect with, approaching each interaction with care, transparency, and a genuine drive to do what's right. You'll build trust with residents by following through, communicating clearly, and helping them feel confident in choosing a place they can call home.

Compensation and Incentives

Excellent Base Pay : $15.00 - $17.00/hour

20% Rent Discount

Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)

Employee Referral Program (Earn up to $750 per referral)

What We'll Expect from You:
