Ideal candidates bring customer service experience and a sales mindset, with the ability to manage paperwork efficiently and coordinate move‑in details. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple properties are a plus.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Leasing Professional, you'll be the ultimate matchmaker — connecting future residents with their perfect home! From the moment someone walks through our doors (or clicks "schedule a tour") to the day they get their keys, you'll be their go‑to guide: showing off our community, finding the perfect fit, handling the paperwork like a pro, and making move‑in day feel like a celebration. Your friendly face and killer people skills? That's the secret sauce that keeps our community thriving!

Compensation and Incentives

• Excellent Base Pay : $22.00 - $24.00/hour
• 20% Rent Discount
• Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)
• $300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly)
