Qualifications

• Conduct community tours and guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Prepare lease agreements, collect deposits, and coordinate move-ins.
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records in property management systems.
• Ensure model units and vacant apartments are clean, staged, and tour-ready.
• Respond to prospect and resident inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Support marketing efforts, including outreach and social media engagement.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
