Job summary

Brookside Properties’ The Preserve at Crestwood in Huntsville, AL is seeking a motivated Leasing Professional to drive leasing activity, conduct tours, prepare leases, and coordinate move-ins. You will maintain records, respond to inquiries, and support marketing efforts while ensuring a clean, tour-ready property.

The ideal candidate has customer service or sales experience, strong communication skills, and is able to work Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfortable using social media.

Responsibilities

• Drive leasing activity to meet occupancy goals.
• Conduct community tours and guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Prepare lease agreements, collect deposits, and coordinate move-ins.
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records in property management systems.
• Ensure model units and vacant apartments are clean, staged, and tour-ready.
• Respond to prospect and resident inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Support marketing efforts, including outreach and social media engagement.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
