Job summary

Brookside Properties’ The Preserve at Crestwood in Huntsville, AL is seeking a motivated Leasing Professional to drive leasing activity, conduct tours, and guide prospects through the leasing process. You will prepare lease agreements, collect deposits, and coordinate move-ins while maintaining precise records in our systems.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required; leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfortable using social media platforms.
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs as needed.
• Must be available to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Drive leasing activity to meet and exceed occupancy goals.
• Conduct community tours and guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Prepare lease agreements, collect deposits, and coordinate move-ins.
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records in property management systems.
• Ensure model units and vacant apartments are clean, staged, and tour-ready.
• Respond to prospect and resident inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Support marketing efforts, including outreach and social media engagement.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
