This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Professional role based in Henderson, NV. The Leasing Professional will be responsible for managing leases, touring properties with prospective residents, and building lasting relationships with current residents. Key duties include assisting with marketing efforts, handling leasing documentation, responding to inquiries promptly, and ensuring a positive resident living experience through excellent service and communication. The role will also involve maintaining property appearance standards and providing support to the property management team.
