Ideal candidates have 1+ years in multi-family leasing, are energetic, and proficient with Yardi Voyager, Rent Café CRM, and MS Office. The position supports on-site operations and resident satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Lease, market, and manage resident relations and community operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory of apartments and track activity in property management software.
• Respond to maintenance requests with documentation and follow up.
• Execute marketing initiatives and post announcements, photos, updates, and events.
• Create and manage online leasing channels (e.g., Facebook Marketplace).

Description

Real Estate Development and property management company is seeking a Leasing Professional to join our winning Team! The leasing professional is responsible for maintaining all aspects of property operations, but with a concentration on the leasing, marketing, resident relations, and functions of the community. The leasing professional should have very high energy and passion to make a difference in the lives of our future and current residents. Our team members strive to provide the best customer service experience to all clients and customers.

Requirements

• Communicate effectively and courteously with residents, associates, management, and guests.
• Greet visitors and present the features and benefits of the apartment community in a professional manner.
• Electronically distribute and follow-up on renewal notices to current residents.
• Maintain an accurate and updated inventory of apartments available to rent in the property management software system.
• Assist with maintenance service requests with appropriate documentation and follow up daily to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Maintain marketing initiatives to connect and engage residents; post announcements, photos, updates, and event information.
• Ability to create Facebook Marketplace account for leasing.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the community to provide a thorough and exceptional experience for residents or prospective residents.
