Overview

Peak Management is seeking "ROCKSTAR" Leasing Professionals to join our team at our soon to be acquired 400+ unit properties, Devonshire & Lyndon Crossing.

Responsibilities

• Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public.
• Must have leasing experience, including solid understanding of Fair Housing.
• Must be able to demonstrate community and apartment/model and apply product knowledge to customer's needs by communicating features and benefits to close the sale.
• Prior lease-up experience a PLUS!

Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer; standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
