Peak Management LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Leasing Professional for Eastgrove, a 650+ unit property. You will greet prospects, showcase features, and close leases with strong customer service and Fair Housing compliance.

• Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public.
• Must be to work Full Time at Wade Manor, but able to commute to tour at The Park & Poet Place (as needed)
• Must have leasing experience, including solid understanding of Fair Housing.
• Must be able to demonstrate community and apartment/model and apply product knowledge to customer’s need by communicating features and benefits to close the sale. Bilingual a plus.
• Must have a valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
• Serious candidates only who want to grow their careers

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
• Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
