This role emphasizes sales and customer service, requires Saturday availability, strong communication, and basic computer skills. Entrata experience is a plus. Competitive pay with strong commissions and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Leasing or sales experience preferred; customer service or sales experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel). Entrata experience a plus.
• Comfortable using social media as a marketing tool.
• Saturday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and tour prospective residents through the community.
• Present apartment features, amenities, and lease terms.
• Prepare and process lease agreements and deposits.
• Maintain organized resident and prospect records.
• Ensure model apartments and tour routes are show-ready.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries.
• Assist with property inspections and local marketing initiatives.
• Follow company policies and comply with Fair Housing regulations.
