Job summary

The Dinerstein Companies, a national leader in multifamily and student housing, seeks a Leasing Professional in Santa Monica, CA. You will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service, showing homes, and driving lease success in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage social media efforts and coordinate events to attract residents, while maintaining strong relationships with current tenants and internal teams. A strong communicator with at least 1 year in sales is ideal.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales and customer service.
• Prior leasing or leasing-up experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with all aspects of social media and being on camera.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background, credit, and drug screenings are required.
• Prior leasing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, show vacant apartments, and assist customers in finding their home.
• Address residents' needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Market the property through events, social media, and partnerships.
• Manage and update the community's social media presence.
• Follow up and close sales daily; renewals with existing residents.
• Prepare lease files and assist move‑ins; support lease renewals.
