Job summary

The Dinerstein Companies are seeking Leasing Professionals who will serve as the face of our brand in communities across the market. You will deliver exceptional customer service, show apartments both virtually and in person, and drive leasing success through daily sales efforts and social media engagement.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of sales and customer service experience, familiarity with leasing processes, and comfort with on-camera social media activities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales and customer service.
• Prior leasing experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with all aspects of social media; you will be on camera.

Responsibilities

• Address residents' needs and concerns.
• Wow customers daily and help them find homes.
• Manage and update the community's social media efforts and create engaging content.
• Follow up with customers and close sales daily.
• Greet guests and show vacant apartments virtually and in person.
• Market the property through events, social media, and partnerships.
• Advocate for residents and help renew leases.
• Prepare lease files and coordinate move-ins.
• Negotiate renewals and ensure timely responses to requests.
