You’ll manage social media efforts, engage with residents, and collaborate with teams to renew leases, plan events, and enhance our community experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience.
• Experience at a lease-up is desired.
• Comfortable with social media and on-camera communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, show vacant apartments virtually and in person, assist customers in securing their home.
• Follow up on customers and close sales daily.
• Market the property through events, social media, and partnerships with employees.
• Manage and update the community's social media efforts.
• Advocate for residents and assist with lease renewals.
• Prepare resident lease files and organize move-ins.
• Coordinate with teams to maintain high service standards.
