The Dinerstein Companies seeks a Leasing Professional to serve as the customer service guru helping residents find homes. You will greet guests, show apartments, and drive lease signings while upholding our brand and community values.

You will manage resident relations, handle renewals, coordinate move-ins, and contribute to social media efforts to engage followers. A minimum of one year in sales and customer service is required, with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience.
• Prior leasing experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with all aspects of social media; you will be on camera.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Address residents' needs and concerns.
• Wow customers daily and secure leases.
• Update social media for the community.
• Greet guests and show vacant apartments both virtually and in person.
• Market the property through events, social media, and partnerships.
• Prepare resident lease files and organize move-ins.
• Negotiate renewals with existing residents.
• Follow up and follow through to resolve requests promptly.
