Job summary

The Dinerstein Companies are seeking a Leasing Professional to serve as the face of our property, delivering exceptional customer service and guiding prospective residents from tour to lease. You will manage showings, coordinate with teams, and contribute to social media efforts to highlight the community.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in sales or customer service, experience with leasing at a new development, and are comfortable appearing on camera.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience.
• Lease-up experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with social media and on-camera presence.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must pass background, credit, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests; show vacant apartments in person or virtually.
• Address residents’ needs and renewals; follow up on requests.
• Market the property via events, social media, and partnerships.
• Update social media for the community and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare lease files and assist in move-ins and renewals.
