Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.
• Proficient in administrative tasks, including data entry and record keeping.
• Yardi experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospects and leasing apartments.
• Prepares Leasing File and paperwork for final approval by Leasing Manager.
• File the completed file after sign-off by Leasing Manager.
• Resident relations and assistance.
• Answering phones and handling inquiries.
• Maintenance work orders (open and close).
• Enter courtesy patrol memos into Yardi.
• Process service and emotional support animal documentation.
• Market surveys and corporate suite rentals.
• Office inventory and ordering tasks.
• Payables / mail handling and SOP adherence.
• Dispatch emergencies and manage opening/closing of office.
• Follow up on work orders and other tasks assigned by managers.
