Tribute Properties in Wilmington, NC, is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Elevation Student Living and South Front Apartments to connect residents with the community and lifestyle at our properties.

You will build relationships, manage leasing activities, and contribute to high occupancy while upholding laws and policies. Prior customer service or sales experience and basic Yardi knowledge are a plus. Join a collaborative team with strong community recognition.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in customer service or sales.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Strong work ethic and intrinsic motivation.
• Experience with Yardi or property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a market competition guru, knowing features, benefits, and pricing.
• Adapt your leasing presentation to secure a “yes.”
• Follow up and build rapport naturally.
• Plan and host exciting resident events on-site.
• Adhere to company policies, tenant and housing laws, and lease provisions.
• Maintain accuracy and quality in administrative tasks.
• Manage property social media to company standards.
• Take on additional duties as requested.
• Maintain high leasing, occupancy, and retention rates, even during construction.
• Show loyalty and care for your teammates.
• Ensure reputation scores meet or exceed industry standards.
