Qualifications

• Prior leasing/sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, MRI, AppFolio).
• Computer skills including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Show apartments to prospects and explain features.
• Provide information to prospects via phone and in person.
• Accurately quote rental prices and follow up with prospects.
• Maintain knowledge of the local market and comparable properties.
• Ensure all application paperwork is collected from prospects.
• Prepare and review leases and support renewal programs.
