You will interact with residents on day-to-day issues and support renewals, serving as a communication hub between residents, management, and maintenance teams. Qualifications

• Understanding of and alignment with Bell Core Values.
• 1+ years’ customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing role.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and work on a team.
• Professional image and strong communication skills.
• Resourceful and well-organized.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for residents, prospects, and visitors.
• Effectively lease apartments and sell property products and services per budget.
• Ensure Fair Housing standards in all interactions.
• Follow up on leasing traffic and monitor trends.
• Maintain knowledge of property and major competition.
• Assist with marketing activities to position Bell communities.
• Coordinate resident application reviews and Bell guidelines.
• Complete lease packets and files for each resident.
• Attend work on time and document properly.
