Knightvest Management in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Leasing Professional to connect prospects with the perfect home. You will lead in-person and virtual tours, convert inquiries into residents, and support property marketing and leasing traffic.

Responsibilities include guiding applicants, explaining lease terms, delivering exceptional resident service, and coordinating move-ins with property teams. Weekend and occasional evening work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Minimum one year in customer service, sales, or hospitality.
• Experience with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Showcase the community through in-person and virtual tours highlighting features and amenities.
• Convert leads into residents by prompt responses and ongoing follow-up.
• Assist with marketing, listings, events, and outreach to attract prospective residents.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process and explain lease terms clearly.
• Provide exceptional resident service and address questions or concerns.
• Maintain move-ready homes and coordinate readiness with teams.
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams for smooth operations.
• Keep leasing records and comply with Fair Housing and housing regulations.
