Job summary

The Franklin Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Northside Hills in Griffin, GA. You will show and lease apartments and support the community's marketing plan, delivering excellent service to prospective residents.

Responsibilities include assisting applicants with applications and deposits, keeping model apartments ready, knowing lease terms, Fair Housing standards, and coordinating with locator services. HUD/LIHTC experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operation documents.
• Fair Housing knowledge and HUD/LIHTC familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartments to prospective residents.
• Assist applicants with rental applications and deposits.
• Keep model and target apartments ready for show and maintain clean offices.
• Maintain knowledge of leases, rates, locations and amenities.
• Support resident retention initiatives and handle resident requests professionally.
