Qualifications

• Certifications Preferred: CALP

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to prospect inquiries via phone, email, and in person to maximize occupancy.
• Process rental applications, verification, and seek approvals from the Property Manager.
• Coordinate move-in schedules and ensure pre-move-in paperwork is complete.
• Conduct market surveys and present competitive analysis to management.
• Maintain rental management software and generate leasing activity reports.
