Job summary

Weidner Apartment Homes is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Oklahoma City to drive leasing and renewal goals with strong customer service. You will manage tours, screen applicants, and coordinate daily marketing activities to fill units and maximize retention.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in property management, solid MS Office and CRM software familiarity, and a proactive, team-oriented approach to build resident relationships and meet community targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience required.
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Yardi and Paycom preferred.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and compliance encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Walk marketing tour path, show apartments, model homes and community amenities.
• Coordinate daily activities through the management of People, Product, Price and Promotion.
• Respond promptly to resident and prospective resident calls and emails.
• Review and process all applications immediately upon receipt.
• Meet with Community Director to review leasing performance and goals.
