Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing professional to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at a Denver property. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credits and backgrounds, prepare lease and move‑in packets, and ensure a smooth resident move‑in and lease signing.

Responsibilities include designing marketing activities to drive traffic, following up with prospects and renewals, using OneSite or Yardi to track availability and data,

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and process applications.
• Credit screening and background checks as part of leasing.
• Coordinate move-in process and lease signing.
• Design and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates maintenance needs.
• Maintains show units and marketing corridors to ensure show quality.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to secure renewals and satisfaction.
• Supports lease renewal letters and packages with renewing residents.
