Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across our communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks, and prepare lease documents to ensure smooth move-ins.

Responsibilities include inspecting units, tracking occupancy, implementing marketing campaigns, and maintaining relationships with residents and prospects to drive renewals and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing plans to drive occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to achieve occupancy goals and greet prospects.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Utilize OneSite/Yardi to track availability and leasing activity.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to finalize leases.
